How are you guys doing?
Today we have been learning about probability and graphs. So in room 9 we made a probability spinner first. I was colouring in the pattern and next I had to cut out the spinner and colour the arrow. We had to make a statement about where the spinner would land.
Next I got a graph and flicked my spinner to see if the probability that I guessed would be correct. It was!

Today I made a Interview about Almost Swallowed by a whale. In room 9 we have learning about recount in recount we use past tense and we use (I) because you are the one part in the story.
So we watched a video about a Man almost swallowed by a whale I have to be a diver and my buddy Makayla had to be the interviewer we practice and after we made a screencastify about it. Here is the screencastify!

On Friday our class ran assembly. We used Recount to make our story funny and good. So I am going to tell you in a recount what happen for our assembly on Friday. This story is about team work!
On Monday, at the start of the week, we began to create and plan our story I was not part of the play Well some people was not in the play but a lot of people in room 9 wanted to do it. When they were doing the play, I was helping to run the assembly. I was helped to paint. After I coloured the sings with crayons.
On Friday it was the day I feet happy and excited. So the play was about to start I was happy for the children watching it. I helped then put out the big sign after I was very happy! The end hope you guys like the story see you guys next time!

Funny Bear Story by Jherean
It was a cold and rainy night.I was walking through the forest when I saw a gigantic, angry bear. He had very sharp claws that could break wood. He was wearing a pink dress with purple spots.I decided to run. The bear was chasing me when all of a sudden the bear tripped in the ground and face planted into a cream pavlova covered in strawberries and kiwifruit.I kept running until I saw a panda doing kung fu. He was eating bamboo to be stronger. I went to his shelter and saw him meditating. I went to talk to him. He said if I get him more bamboo he would fight the bear and trap him.
I climbed the ladder to get the bamboo while the panda went and trapped the bear. After the panda trapped the bear, he called animal control to get the bear to return to the forest.

This week hen was been learning about recount. A recount is a story and you have to use "I" because you are part of the story and we use past tense in a recount. Our teacher showed us a story about robbery animation so I have to be the one in the story here is my recount writing
It was a dark spooky night when there were two creepy men in the red car. One was wearing a light green jacket with large lips. The other one was wearing a cyan jacket with a brown mask. I saw them go out of the car holding a gun and a black looking bag.
They went inside the dairy looking suspiciously. I peeked in the window and the shopkeeper was scared so I called the police “Hello 111 how can I help you?” said the police “sir I need your help I saw two men holding a gun and a bag.
I think they are Robbers! “OK just wait in 30 minutes when I will come and help you” said the police. I was really scared. The taller man held his gun and pointed it at the shopkeeper. The smaller men put the bag on the counter. The taller men said “give us the Money Now!!!’ said the taller men. The small men wanted to fight the shopkeeper but he was smaller so what he did was jumped on him but he slipped and face planted on the floor he passed out.
The taller man was about to shoot him but the police came. The police arrested the two men “Thank you young boy you are a hero!”. Said the shopkeeper after that happened I went home and I told my mum the whole story.
